She brings experience in strategic positioning, risk management, and value creation across technology, education, healthcare, industrial, AEC and government sectors. Ameeta provides board-level insight and operational context to support sustainable growth, optimize performance, and strengthen stakeholder confidence.
Ameeta has advised boards and CEOs on commercialization, investor engagement, and positioning for strategic growth, including M&A. Her board roles include public and private companies such as Esker SA (ENTPA: ALESK), a global leader in AI-driven process automation with a $1.6 billion market cap, acquired by Bridgepoint and General Atlantic; Ompractice; HomeBinder (acquired by iGO); and Plumchoice (acquired by Allstate). She also serves on the investment committee for Maroon Venture Partners Fund.
Ameeta's executive leadership spans multiple sectors with P&L responsibility for product lines and early-stage ventures. She has driven innovation, market growth, fundraising, as well as M&A and IPOs, generating billions for stakeholders. Ameeta excels in global go-to-market strategies and partnerships. Her digital expertise has accelerated commercialization and transformation across industries. At VC-backed Genus, she contributed to two public offerings.
As CMO at both PE-backed edtech company engage2learn and at digital medical education company PlatformQ Health, she focused on driving growth and innovation in digital learning. As CMO & SVP Business Development at VFA, a provider of tech-enabled services for facilities capital planning and sustainability, Ameeta significantly increased market share, revenues, and margins with Global 500, education, healthcare, and government clients. VFA is now part of Fortive (NYSE: FTV)
In her consultancy, Ameeta drives growth for PE- and VC-backed, as well as publicly traded, technology and SaaS companies at key inflection points, often serving as an interim C-Suite executive. Engagements include Everfox, a cybersecurity company in TPG's portfolio; Dover Corporation, a Fortune 500 diversified industrial conglomerate; and Assemble Systems, a cloud-based BIM data management company now part of Autodesk.
Ameeta is NACD Directorship Certified®, and holds private company and ESOP governance credentials from the Private Directors Association. She is a member of the NASDAQ Center for Board Excellence. Ameeta chaired the MIT Enterprise Forum Cambridge and served on the Board of Overseers at the Boston Museum of Science. Her global perspective is shaped by living in five countries and visiting over 50. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
